How to cancel depends on how you originally subscribed to Epic!.
iOS / Apple App Store Subscription
If you are subscribed through Apple, subscriptions and payments are managed by Apple. Unfortunately, Apple does not allow us to help you cancel or refund subscriptions made through Apple/iTunes. I know, we don't like this either. You can easily cancel your Epic! subscription by simply going to your iTunes & App Store settings. Android / Google Play Subscription
If you are subscribed through Google Play, subscriptions and payments are managed by Google Play. You can easily cancel your Epic! subscription by simply going to your Google Play Store account. Here are more details on how to do so: Cancel or change a subscription on Google Play. Please note you must be signed in with the account that you used to subscribe to Epic!.
To cancel your subscription on the web, please log in to your Epic! account on our website. Switch to the parent profile. Then click on the "More" icon in the upper right corner and then click "Account Settings" and on that page will be the "Membership status". Click on "Manage" and "Cancel My Subscription" to cancel your monthly subscription.
